Lekha is the best Acupuncturist in the GTA! She’s so knowledgeable and passionate about her craft that all I have to do is tell her my symptoms and she’ll formulate a treatment plan within minutes. She’s treated me for a variety of issues like neck pain to pelvic floor tightness to exhaustion and I always left feeling better. I’ve been seeing her consistently for 4 years and what keeps me going back is her skillfulness, professionalism and most of all, her kindness. If you are an acupuncture virgin and are nervous, I would highly recommend coming to see Lekha.

I went to see Lekha for acupuncture therapy as part of my recovery from spinal fusion surgery.  The results were both positive and immediate.  Her careful demeanor and gentle approach were really important to me at that stage of my recovery.  I highly recommend Lekha for her ability to understand the ailment and use her years of experience to restore health and mobility.  She is a star!

I first went to Lekha as I had soreness in my shoulder and back. Not having experienced acupuncture, I was skeptical. However the permanent relief of pain has made me a repeat client for tennis elbow, Achilles strain, and ankle arthritis relief. Each time I have been amazed at how quickly acupuncture works and with repeat visits to keep some symptoms from recurring. Lekha is very professional and has new equipment and techniques over the period which ensures that she is aware of the latest technology and process. It is easy to see how passionate she is on the profession and her clients. 

I first met Lekha in 2011, she was recommended by a friend to help solve my lower back pain with acupuncture. As a retail manager, I’m on my feet 50 hours a week and was at my wits end with the constant back pain and body aches. I was very apprehensive before meeting Lekha, having never had acupuncture prior. Lekha was fantastic during our first appointment, and there after. She took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle, then reviewed her suggestions based on the circumstances. I felt very informed throughout the entire process. After a few treatments I really started to feel a difference. I couldn’t believe how I had more energy, I felt stronger and the pain was gone! After that, I was hooked! Since then Lekha has been treating me regularly with acupuncture, cupping (which I now love!) and massage. This is my self care! I love my treatments with Lekha!

She is so amazinggggggg! She's has really helped heal many things related to my mental health, i defintely see an improvement with myself. She is very gentle and super nice. Caution, don't do the treatments during your work lunch break, you will be extremely relaxed and will want to nap afterwards.
